T1 - Argument #2 - The Lori Drew Case

Published on 15th June 2017

Lori Drew is not guilty of involuntary manslaughter because  Lori Drew was not acting recklessly. For example in the  Interview of Ashley Nicole Grills, it says, ”Lori wanted to set it up to find out whether Megan had been saying bad things about Sarah her daughter.” Lori is not guilty because she was only researching what Megan was saying about her daughter. Additionally, the Interview of Ashley Nicole Grills it says “Lori, however, insisted that that they continue because she thought that Megan would slip up say something.”For instance, Lori is not guilty because she only thought that Megan would say something and she only continued her research. As the Interview of Ashley Nicole Grills states “Finally on the fateful day “Josh” communicated with Megan through several messages.”Lori is not reckless because she only messages Megan and that is not bad. In conclusion, Lori Drew is not guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
