Human Rights Argumentative Essay

Imagine that you are living in a country that you can found jobs and that they pay you $15 dollars for hours and that you are living in a big house with pool ...with a reputation for being capable of helping people that need help.This is what the Regulation plan does. It helps you when you need help if you have a problem with documents. “The Regularization Plan for Foreigners” in the Dominican Republic upheld the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights by letting Dominican of Haitian get what they need.

Dominicans of Haitian descent have the right to belong to a country. In the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 15 states “Everyone has the right to a nationality.”For example in “Dominican Republic Succeeds Where other Countries Have Not in Documenting Migrants and Promoting Human Rights” it says “No one born in Dominican territory will be subject to expulsion.” The author highlights that Dominican of Haitian descent cannot be kicked out of the Dominican Republic.In addition “Dominican Republic Succeeds Where other Countries Have Not in Documenting Migrants and Promoting Human Rights” says Since December 2013, “our immigration laws were not enforced so, that undocumented people could come forward without fear of deportation”. The author demonstrates that Dominicans of Haitian can live there forever and, they will be able to go outside and buy things without fear that the police look for them.

According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 23 states that everyone has the “right to work and get paid fairly.”For instance “Dominican Republic Succeeds Where other Countries Have Not in Documenting Migrants and Promoting Human Rights”  says “They can now hold jobs, qualify for a full array of social services and be fully recognized by our legal system.” The author reveals that an excess of a migrant of the Dominican Republic can work now and buy what they need for example  food, ho use, nd medicine.Likewise “in the Dominican Republic Succeeds Where other Countries Have Not in Documenting Migrants and Promoting Human Rights” s, ways “No member of the police is allowed to stop and search individuals in public spaces without the search individuals in public without the presence of an immigration official during an authorized operation.” The author illustrate that the police can not search for immigrant people to they can stay and work.

In conclusion the Regularization Plan for Foreigners in the Dominican Republic upheld the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,By letting Dominican of Haitian stay in the DR and now they can work and buy house’s and leave without fear to be deported.
